• Innerwear, swimwear, and sale items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

• Your return will be inspected within 2–3 days of arrival.
• If approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds usually appear within 5–7 business days.

• Size exchanges are available based on stock availability.
• If not available, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

Return shipping fees are borne by the customer, unless the product delivered was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
